Terms and conditions of sale

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale govern purchases made on the teddyhome.shop website. By placing an order, you declare that you have read and accepted them.

2. Products and prices

  • Products are described on their respective product pages, including dimensions, variants, and features. Photos are as accurate as possible, but colors and textures may vary slightly depending on your screen.
  • Prices are in euros and include VAT. Shipping costs are indicated before payment and on the Shipping page.
  • The price charged is the one displayed at the time of ordering.

3. Order and conclusion of the contract

The contract is concluded when you receive the order confirmation email. If a product is no longer available, we will notify you immediately and, if you have already paid for it, issue a full refund.

4. Payment

You can pay using the methods shown at checkout (credit and debit cards, PayPal, Shop Pay, Google Pay, Klarna, and any others available). Payment details are handled directly by the payment service providers: Teddy Home does not know or store them.

5. Shipping and delivery

Costs, delivery times, and delivery areas are indicated on the Shipping page. The risk of loss or damage passes to you upon receipt of the package. If the package arrives damaged, please report it to the courier and contact us within a few days with a photo.

6. Right of withdrawal

  • You have 14 days from the day you receive the product to withdraw from the contract, without having to state a reason.
  • To withdraw, write to edda.biancheria.casa@gmail.com stating the order number and products. The product must be sent back within 14 days of your notification, intact, unused, unwashed, and with the original tag.
  • We will refund you within 14 days of your notification, including the cost of standard shipping, using the same payment method used for the purchase. We may withhold the refund until we receive the product or proof of shipment.
  • The costs of returning the product to us are your responsibility, unless the product is defective or different from the one ordered.
  • The right of withdrawal does not apply to products made to measure or customized at your request.

7. Legal guarantee of conformity

All products are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity provided for by Articles 128 et seq. of the Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 206/2005) for defects present at the time of delivery and which manifest within 24 months. In the event of a defect, write to us at edda.biancheria.casa@gmail.com with the order number and a photo: we will offer repair, replacement, or, if these are not possible, a price reduction or refund. The guarantee does not cover damage due to improper use, washing not in accordance with the instructions, or normal wear and tear.

8. Liability

Teddy Home is not liable for delays or service interruptions due to force majeure or events beyond its control, without prejudice to the rights recognized by law as a consumer.

9. Personal data

Your data is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

10. Applicable law and disputes

The contract is governed by Italian law. If you are a consumer, the court of your place of residence has jurisdiction over disputes. The more favorable provisions of your country of residence remain applicable if you are a consumer residing in another European Union State.
