Returns and refunds

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If something is wrong, you can return it.

1. Right of withdrawal (14 days)

You have 14 days from the day you receive the product to let us know that you want to return it, without having to state a reason.

2. Product conditions

  • The product must be intact, unused, and unwashed.
  • It must have the original tag and, if present, the original packaging.
  • It must not show signs of wear or damage caused by use.

3. How to make a return

  1. Write to edda.biancheria.casa@gmail.com indicating the order number, product, and, if you wish, the reason.
  2. We will reply with the address and instructions.
  3. Ship the package within 14 days of your communication. We recommend a tracked courier.

4. Return costs

  • Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.
  • If the product is defective, damaged, or different from the one ordered, we will pay the costs and also refund the initial shipping.

5. Refund

  • Once the product has been received and inspected, we will refund you within 14 days.
  • The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the purchase.
  • In the event of withdrawal, we will also refund the cost of standard shipping for the order.

6. Exchange

If you prefer another size or color, indicate it in the request. We will ship the new item as soon as we receive the return.

7. Exceptions

Products made to measure or customized at your request cannot be returned.
